Agreement to Terms
By using the InvisiTask website or services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "We" refers to Invisi Task LLC.
Services
InvisiTask provides AI call agents that answer, route and act on inbound and outbound calls. Features, integrations and included minutes depend on the plan you select.
Plans and Billing
Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD). Usage above your included minutes is billed at your plan's overage rate. Integration services are billed hourly at the posted rate. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harassing calls, and to comply with all applicable telecommunications, recording, consent and privacy laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.
Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of your scripts, customer data and call records. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
